CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order and receive a refund if you haven't yet used the product.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

In the occurrence of the delivered product being faulty, not meeting its description, or becoming faulty within its warranty period, we will (1) replace it, (2) refund you, or (3) partially refund you and allow you to keep the product. You can choose the exact form of compensation.
Warranties on our products only cover defects that the customer did not negatively contribute to with his activity.

"Lifetime warranty" refers to a warranty for as long as our website remains in operation.
