Cancellation

You can cancel your order and receive a refund if you haven't yet used the product.

Refunds & replacements

If the delivered product is faulty, doesn't meet its description, or becomes faulty within its warranty period, we will (1) replace it, (2) refund you, or (3) partially refund you and allow you to keep the product. You can choose the exact form of compensation. Warranties cover defects the customer did not negatively contribute to.

"Lifetime warranty" refers to a warranty for as long as our website remains in operation.
