What we collect

The minimum needed to ship your order: your email address, IP address, and IP country code (for tax compliance). If you chat with a booster, those messages are stored so the conversation survives page refreshes.

What we don't collect

Payment card numbers — those go directly to Stripe / Coinbase Commerce. Your game credentials, once delivered, are rotated out of our DB within 30 days of your final warranty claim window.

Encryption

Every stored game credential is AES-256-GCM encrypted with a key-id rotation scheme. The plaintext never touches disk — decryption happens in memory only when revealing to you or a vetted booster.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your data. Ever. Sub-processors: Stripe (payments), Coinbase Commerce (crypto payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting + R2 storage), MongoDB Atlas (database), Pusher (chat).

Deletion

Email support@rankedready.com to request account deletion. We'll confirm and process within 7 days, except for records we're legally required to retain (invoicing, tax).
